Didn't listen to the KUT thing, but speaking of eating locally for Austin, if you haven't already visited, and get a chance to, you should check out Boggy Creek Farm in East Austin...a totally awesome organic, urban farm that is well worth it. If you go, do me a favor and have some goat milk ice cream...it is spectacular!
